A payments processor needed to migrate 24 racks from a legacy Toronto facility to a Tier III site with zero customer-visible downtime, on a 48-hour weekend window.

StackTrue ran a two-month planning cycle: physical and logical audit, staged cross-connects, pre-cabled destination racks, and a rehearsed cutover runbook. Two CDCE-certified engineers on-site at both facilities during the window, with a live vendor bridge.

Cutover completed in 41 hours against a 48-hour budget. Zero customer-visible downtime. Signed chain-of-custody on every asset; Fluke certification on all new cabling.

Production database cluster went offline on a Saturday night after a PSU failure cascaded across an A/B feed misconfiguration. Customer-facing outage in progress.

Engineer on-site within 90 minutes of the P1 page. Diagnosed the PSU cascade, replaced two units from our on-site spares kit, rebalanced the phase load, and validated with the customer's SRE team over bridge.

Service restored in 2 hours 20 minutes end-to-end. Written post-mortem delivered within 24 hours, with three configuration recommendations to prevent recurrence.

Buildout of 12 new racks in a secure Ottawa facility for a federal workload, requiring TIA-942 compliance, cleared personnel, and audit-ready documentation for every step.

StackTrue delivered turn-key rack & stack with cleared engineers on-site. Full labeling to TIA-606, MPO trunk deployment, OTDR test reports, and as-built diagrams delivered on handover.

Deployment completed on schedule and passed the client's compliance audit on first review. Documentation package accepted without revision.
